Dog Walks

These are manufactured to comply with the Dogs New Zealand competition regulations and each ramp weighs under 20kg.  The centre ramp is supported on two leg assemblies each of which can be lowered or raised for puppy training.  These should be set at 1 metre in height for competition use. Please do not use the support legs for high speed training below 600mm as this puts too much strain on the leg assemblies.  This kind of training can only be effected if sturdy support is located underneath both the up and down ramps roughly amidships.
The surfaces are over-sprayed to lock down the coated surfaces and brighten the colour.
For competition use, your Judge may dictate that a tunnel will go under either the horizontal ramp or alternatively under one of the angled ramps. Under these circumstances the leg assemblies can be moved to safely accommodate a tunnel.  To ensure stability please do not set up with an overhang of the horizontal ramp greater than 500mm.
The hinge pins are deliberately a little smaller than the hinge pipes in an effort to make insertion during erection a tad easier but will still not affect the apex safety during use. To ensure the up/down ramps do not vibrate or bounce we recently added sturdy reinforcing inside each of the long centre bearers.
Some folk were still unhappy so we have just developed drop down, fold away support legs .
Prices from November 2025 onwards are as follows:-
Dog Walks - $2,400 + GST ($2,760)
