See-Saws

​These items were probably the most tricky to find solutions to the various desired aspects.  In use See Saws take a pounding at the down end so we decided on three full length bearers the centre of which has a substantial internal support of 40x20 box section with 3mm walls. The up and down ends sport a chisel shape that ensures there will be no stubbing of toes either dog or human.
We still needed to cope with the perennial weight problem but this has been achieved by offering a ramp that weighs just 22kg including the stand.  Each ramp comes with giant rubber bands which we have found is the most logical fixing device and avoids the tendency for the whole ramp assembly to “walk away” from where the judge indicated was to be the location.
